• Have a target-oriented approach - ensure daily productivity targets are met,ensure operations executives meet the standards on both productivity andquality.
• Ensure MIS is updated daily. Highlight if SLAs are not met and plan the appropriate solution to meetSLAs.
• Resolve any customer queries.
